Return and Refund Policy

All sales on shop.cmtgraphics.com are final for digital products and services, with limited exceptions for defective or incorrect files when you contact our support team within 7 days.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • be returned in its original packaging
  • include proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • final sale or clearance items
  • gift cards
  • digital products or downloadable items
  • personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products
  • items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cmtgraphics.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

  • photos of the shipping label, if applicable

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the problem.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@cmtgraphics.com with your:

  • full name
  • order number
  • item(s) you want to return
  • reason for return

If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item was defective
  • we sent the wrong item

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refunds will only be issued for eligible returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the refund is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed, prepared, shipped, or marked for local delivery.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, shipping preparation, label creation, or local dispatch, it may no longer be canceled.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Incorrect Address Orders

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address
  • failed delivery attempts
  • refusal of delivery

we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping or handling fees from the refund.

If you would like the order re-shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

Local Delivery / USPS Connect Local Orders

For eligible local orders fulfilled through local delivery or USPS Connect Local, delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Once a package is accepted into the carrier network or marked delivered according to tracking, responsibility for delivery status is determined based on the carrier tracking record.

If there is a delivery issue, please contact us at support@cmtgraphics.com and include your order number and tracking information so we can assist you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, size, or variation, please return the original eligible item and place a new order.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first at support@cmtgraphics.com so we can attempt to resolve it promptly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution, especially where tracking information confirms shipment or delivery.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable files, and digital services are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased, delivered, downloaded, accessed, or emailed, unless otherwise required by law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at support@cmtgraphics.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • accidental purchases
  • change of mind
  • failure to read the product description
  • incompatibility with third-party software or platforms not listed in the product requirements
  • inability to use the product due to a lack of technical knowledge
